Over the years we’ve created an incredible amount of resources to help you build, grow, and understand your website and make the most of its potential. In this post we’ve rounded up all the different places you can get help and info from us, and what that looks like.

And we continue to add more every single month so you can take advantage of brand new resources and the latest advice. All new content, resources and videos are announced in our monthly customer newsletter, so be sure to check your inbox at the end of every month and grab them while they’re fresh!

Side note: All resources are exclusive to us and human-made by people who have been fairly compensated for their time and skills. The vast majority of our resources are made in-house, but we also hire indie freelancers to make awesome downloads for you too.

Help with learning WordPress

01. Video Tutorials

Just starting out, or coming back to WordPress after some time away? Our WordPress video tutorials are a great place to (re)familiarize yourself with creating your website posts and pages, optimizing your settings, and much more.

The videos have all been recorded in-house by us and are easy to follow, even if you don’t think of yourself as a techy person.

Help with managing, configuring & setting things up

You can browse the categories or search for something specific. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please raise a support ticket so we can update our search keywords or add more articles accordingly.

Help with site speed & search engine optimization (SEO)

01. Courses

We have a free site speed course for customers and a premium SEO course, both of which can be found at lyricalcourses.com. These both take you through everything you need to know to identify what needs doing specifically for your website, and how to action that.

02. The Lyrical Host blog

03. Tech support

As mentioned above, our support team is happy to help you out with site speed and SEO. Every member of the team undergoes training in order to be able to help you, and this support is included at no extra cost and with no upsells. Contact them any time here.

Every month we send out beautiful new and exclusive stock photos, available for a limited time only. We cover all kinds of themes and colors, and are always happy to take requests. Keep an eye on your inbox at the end of the month so you don’t miss them.

Although our more detailed and in-depth guides tend to be found in our Resource Library, our blog has lots of posts to help you too. Simply use the categories or search box on the right to get started, or just browse through our recent posts to see what sounds useful.

Getting a second opinion

One of the hardest parts of working alone is not having someone to bounce ideas off who understands. It could be getting advice on what mailing list provider to use, what the best plugin is for social media sharing, or even bigger strategy advice on what to create next.

Our customer and affiliate Facebook group is an active and supportive community where you can ask people like you for advice and opinions. We run regular threads, have contests, and keep you updated on what’s coming up.

02. Slack

If you’re not a Facebook person, we also have a Slack community channel, where you can ask for non-tech help and share your to do list. Just raise a ticket with our support team if you’d like details on joining.

03. Bespoke one-to-one tech help

If what you want to talk about is private or commercially sensitive, our support team is on hand to help you where they can. If they don’t know the answer to your non-techy question, they’ll be able to point you in the direction of someone who can!
